This location tracking operates in the background even when the app is closed or not actively on screen. Background location tracking is only active when a driver sets their profile status to "On-Duty" inside the application and can be toggled or disabled at any time through the device's native system settings.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

We retain personal and corporate identifiers only for as long as necessary to fulfill our business contracts or comply with statutory requirements:

Account Data: Maintained for the duration of the active B2B partnership.
Transportation & Invoicing Records: Retained for up to 10 years to comply with Bulgarian accounting, tax, and corporate audit legislation.
Real-Time Location Logs: Deleted or completely anonymized short-term once a transportation dispatch is successfully closed.
