Our Platform is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) ground transportation logistics tool designed for corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and professional transport providers/drivers. We do not offer retail consumer services.

  • Logistics & Passenger Transfer Records: Names, flight details, and pickup/drop-off coordinates provided directly by our corporate clients (e.g., a hotel booking a ride for a guest) to execute ground transport contracts.

  • Driver & Transport Provider Data: Names, phone numbers, transport licenses, and vehicle identification details of the registered transport operators fulfilling the dispatches.

  • Real-Time Location Tracking (Critical for App Functionality):

    • Drivers: To fulfill dispatch logistics, optimize routes, and provide corporate clients with live ETA updates, our driver application collects precise location data. This data is collected when the app is running in the foreground and the background while the driver is on active duty.

  • B2B Billing Data: Corporate bank details, invoicing addresses, transactional logs, and commission agreements.

3. LEGAL BASIS AND HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We process data strictly under the provisions of GDPR Article 6(1), primarily to execute commercial logistics contracts and fulfill legal obligations:

  • Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provision corporate dashboards, route automated booking dispatches to local transport providers, and send automated operational updates (via SMS or App Push Notifications) regarding ride assignments.

  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To manage corporate billing, generate tax invoices, process business commissions, and comply with Bulgarian financial, accounting, and transport regulations.

  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To secure our application infrastructure, prevent fraudulent bookings, and maintain platform stability.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES

We do not sell, rent, or trade business or logistics data. Data is shared strictly to fulfill commercial logistics requests:

  • Fulfillment Partners: Relevant passenger names, contact numbers, and pickup details are shared exclusively with the professional driver assigned to execute that specific trip.

  • Corporate Clients: Registered hotels, companies, and travel agencies have real-time visibility into the status, live driver tracking, and historic logs of the specific rides they have booked.

  • Technical Service Providers: Data may be securely handled by sub-processors hosting our cloud infrastructure, processing digital payments, or delivering automated business SMS messages. All such providers are contractually bound to GDPR compliance.

5. BACKGROUND LOCATION NOTICE FOR DRIVERS

The Teko Driver mobile application collects precise location data to facilitate automated dispatching, verify distance-based B2B pricing, and provide corporate clients with real-time ETA tracking for their passengers.

This location tracking operates in the background even when the app is closed or not actively on screen. Background location tracking is only active when a driver sets their profile status to "On-Duty" inside the application and can be toggled or disabled at any time through the device's native system settings.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

We retain personal and corporate identifiers only for as long as necessary to fulfill our business contracts or comply with statutory requirements:

  • Account Data: Maintained for the duration of the active B2B partnership.

  • Transportation & Invoicing Records: Retained for up to 10 years to comply with Bulgarian accounting, tax, and corporate audit legislation.

  • Real-Time Location Logs: Deleted or completely anonymized short-term once a transportation dispatch is successfully closed.

7. YOUR DATA RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

Individual corporate representatives, operators, and drivers whose professional data we process hold the following rights under European law:

  • Right of Access: Request a clear copy of your processed personal data.

  • Right to Rectification: Request corrections to inaccurate or out-of-date corporate profile information.
